About the Role

As a Material Control Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in ensuring that a wide range of components and commodities are sourced efficiently from our global supply base. Your work will directly support Kee Safety’s strategic goals in cost management, quality, lead times, and service performance.

You’ll be part of a dynamic team responsible for the day-to-day operations of Material Control - working closely with our Customer Service and Warehouse Management teams to maintain stock availability and ensure we continue to deliver world-class service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the purchasing of materials and components to meet production and customer needs.
  • Maintain accurate material and inventory levels through effective planning and control.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure supply chain efficiency and problem resolution.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives within the Material Control function.

About You

You’ll bring:

  • Experience in supply chain management, ideally within a manufacturing or engineering environment.
  • Practical working knowledge of MRP systems.
  • Strong IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
  • Experience in planning or stock control (advantageous but not essential).
